    Yes. No matter the length of stay, we require identity verification and screening before a reservation.
  • How does The Fancy Guest market its suites?
    We advertise our suites on our direct booking website. We also market them on other third-party short-term rental sites, such as Airbnb.
  • Who are your guests and how long are their typical stays?
    Our guest include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. Our stays range from one night to six months, with an average stay of three nights.
  • Does The Fancy Guest have a cleaning team?
    After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.
  • What happens if my property is damaged or stolen?
    All of our guest are screened prior to booking. Our property management team also completes a comprehensive checklist between each guest, ensuring the safety and security of your home. However, if something is ever damaged or stolen in your home, we have insurance in place to guarantee that the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Rest easy knowing that you are covered - 100% free of charge.
  • What’s the price of your short-term vacation rental property management service?
    We charge a modest fee for our all-inclusive services. Contact us for pricing!
  • When will I get paid, and how can I track earnings?
    There is a dedicated owner’s portal that you can log into anytime from anywhere to keep an eye on how your property is performing, view current earnings, get copies of documents, and see the bookings calendar. Owners are paid every month.
